I would like to say that the whole process, as soon as the house was given to Natalie and her team that it was never a daunting experience. I thought it would be, but right from the start Natalie showed great patience, l amazed how wonderfully professional she was. She made the whole process so simple for me, listening carefully and showed great personal skills as a human talking to another person... me, not just another number! It is no wonder this real estate company is so big now. With people like her on their team people will gladly sell with this company. This could have potentially been a difficult sale for their team but they were impeccacble in their dealings with us. The day of the sale i was kept well informed because I did not go to the auction. When Natalie called me with the good news of the higher than expected sale price, I could tell in her voice she was genuinely pleased for us, especially me, since I was the one who drove this house to sale after going through several personal blows in life.
