Unit sale in Burwood Victoria
We listed the unit which my Mother purchased some 20 years ago, 3 bedroom, bath room and kitchen recently renovated. Sam was easy to deal with, honest at all time and a good communicator. We spoke after every open fopr inspection and he returned all my phone calls, found Sam to be very professional. On the action day with my elderly parents present, Sam provided great support and direction at all time, auctioneer and Sam worked hard to negotiate a fair out come for all. Would not hesitate to recommend Sam as the agent to sell your property.

Experience with Sam Macaluso Jellis Craig
I had purchased the property from Sam when he was with another company and we kept in touch over the years. He continued to impress me with his local market knowledge, friendly demeanor, presentation and negotiation skills. He quoted the expected price range for the unit accurately and realistically and he gave me some good ideas re presentation of the unit for the open inspections. Leading to the Auction he had a good idea of who the key buyers were and also he and his colleagues negotiation skills shone on the day. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Jellis Craig Glen Iris.
