Prior to engaging David and his colleague, Chris Gillon (auctioneer), I was highly wary and skeptical of real estate agents, having encountered several dishonest ones in my line of work. I felt very comfortable working with David. He regularly updated me about the level of interest in our property and, importantly, his updates were backed by data. His advice about the expected sale price was neither inflationary (to get our business) nor overly pessimistic (to ensure a quick sale and quick commission payment). I also appreciated David's tips about how to better present the property. David arrived punctually at all open for inspection appointments and turned up in person rather than sending "a junior". Despite our property not being a high value A-grade property, I felt like I received A-grade service. Should I need to sell another property in the area, I would certainly engage David's services again.
