I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience of selling my property. Based on 3 previous experiences of both buying and selling, admittedly 3 decades and more ago, I was suspicious about the honesty and integrity of some real estate agents. Natalie was always very friendly and approachable as well as respectful in listening to my concerns. She was honest about price potential and buyers feedback. She never tried to push me to make any decisions that I wasn’t comfortable with and was very encouraging but also very careful not to give me false expectations. I sincerely appreciated her conscientious effort in following up with buyer enquires and keeping me informed of every development. I commend her on all her hard work which, together with the hard work of her team member, Michelle, resulted in me getting a pleasing price for my property when it went to auction.
