Natalie was a true professional and extremely reliable in her communication and knowledge and went out of her way on many occasions to be there for me and always on time working like a machine. She was very quick to answer my calls or messages and made this home feel like it was hers too. With that she invested herself completely with all the interested people and when above and beyond with her communication with everyone. She works tirelessly and just keeps giving. We went through a few lows but she always pulled me up with her continual positivity and care. She wasn't just doing a job, she was heavily invested with everyone and wanted the best outcome genuinely. Natalie is a wonderful asset to the team and you all are a team and I congratulate her for the endless support that she gave to me.
