Emma is the wife of Director Adam Hicks and has worked alongside him in their Real Estate business for many years, more so in the last three years. While growing up in the area and serving the local community through her own family business, the well renowned Hardimans Hotel in Kensington, Emma knew that embodying the community spirit and incorporating that into her career was something she longed for. After a long and successful decade in the FMCG space, in Client Management, Sales and Marketing - Emma found that the opportunity to work alongside Adam was one too good to pass up, taking on the role of Head of Property Management after sons Thomas and Harvey were just that little bit older!
