Prompt, reliable, friendly service
I have been using Methven for over 10 years now and find their service to be exceptional when dealing with my rental property. Their advice has always been prompt and curteous I wouldn't use anyone else. Over the years I have looked at other options however I always come back to them. I appreciate the communication I recieve from them and they always get back to me very quickly.

Very responsive, helpful and proactive
The team at Methven Professionals Lilydale were extremely helpful and easy to work with. We found them to be very approachable, honest, and responsive, even going so far as to help recommend tradespeople and pest control companies before they had been fully engaged as our agents. All emails and correspondence were handled in a professional and timely manner, we highly recommend their service.

Well organised team
The team at the Lilydale property management team came highly recommended to me and they have been nothing but helpful and professional since my first meeting with Georgia to lease out my property. Everything was organised exceptionally well and the communication was really ‘on point’ all the way through. All the paperwork was taken care of efficiently and with no fuss. The opens all ran smoothly and I was surprised at how quickly I would get feedback after every open from Grace. I would highly recommend Georgia and her team to anyone who is looking for a professional company to manage their property.

Excellent Allrounder
