Reason being: 1) Stephen and his team knows the area they operate very well! 2) Keep his vendor and his customer in a very close communication loop and absolutely non unnecessary updates 3) Consultative but decisive on key actions 4) Always give the vendor a detailed list of options but also with his recommendations 5) Handles all the interaction very professional ethics but great passion all of these resulted a 10% over reserve for us

Outstanding service from both agents . Cannot recomment them highly enough. Their extensive knowledge of clientele and attention to detail with process and potential buyers went beyond the call.
