He could found the right buyers. when right buyer found their right property, most likely they want to buy it. he has an outstanding ability to create strong interest and emotion. Making buyer love your property is the first thing's first. Buyer will find a way to manage their budget if they love your property. Without love, nowhere to chasing. Jared is a lover maker. Initially we decided to consult with three Real Estate Agencies to gain a range of views. However, fortuitously we first made contact with Jellis Craig, Mount Waverley. Costa Calaitzis, Senior Sales Consultant, together with the sales team member, Alaine Fourie, gave us a presentation at our house of their sales strategy and plan. What they proposed confirmed our expectations, recommending a private sale, and we had no hesitation in deciding to engage their services. They proceeded immediately with a sales promotional program, engaged a highly professional photographer and at the end of the first week the house was displayed on the internet and the advertising panel erected. The house visits were scheduled in an orderly manner, and we received progress reports at the end of each week. In less than four weeks we were able to sign a contract of sale within our price expectations. We had decided to downsize but preferred to remain in Mt. Waverley. Alaine noticed our attendance on Saturdays and soon we commenced receiving details of recent sales and other helpful information. Numerous other Agents kept handing-out their business cards, but none showed the same interest, nor follow up - as judged necessary by us. We ended up acquiring a townhouse property thanks largely to him. When the time came for us to get serious about moving, it was only logical that we should talk first to Jellis Craig’s team of Agents, Alaine Fourie and auctioneer, Costa Calaitzis. From that point forward we found both Agents most attentive to our needs. Alaine gave us guidance as to how best to prepare our property for sale, and as well the name of an interior design consultant and numerous tradespeople all of whom were needed to ensure we presented our property in best light. We believe the involvement of these contacts was instrumental in making our house 'market ready'. After every Open Day we were phoned with a quick update, then weekly meetings at which a Report of the potential interest was discussed. Alaine phoned us on average every third day to see if we had any queries. The genuine interest shown us by both Agents was always apparent. On Auction day Alaine arrived early to sooth us and to explain our role in the day's procedure. He made it hassle-free for us. Indeed there was no tension throughout the entire month leading up to the sale. Costa conducted the auction brilliantly; we could not have asked for more. His style is highly commendable. We can only but thank Alaine for managing the entire process so effectively, and for displaying such undeniable concern for the clients. The result being a first rate outcome.

In three days after the auction he've contacted many potential buyers, and he obtained an offer above the reserved price. However he didn't just take the first offer, he still worked hard and tried more buyers. Eventually he negotiated a much better price than first offer. We are quite happy about the result and I'd like to recommend Jared a good selling agent!

All my family were very happy and excited on auction day with the process and outcome. This is my first time to sale a property. My family interviewed five different agent, Jared and Sue were the last one is. First of all, I like to call Jared and Sue as my sales consultant. Before we signed executive sales contract, we had long discussions. Instead of continuing to arguing the price, Jared and Sue provided us lots of consulting services. The most important thing is “when” we do it, “what” we should do and “how” we do (achieve) it? Normally the discussion will only cover when and what, but Jared and Sue spend most of their time to represent “How”! In the first meeting with them, they helped us to understand my property not just via price movement and similar selling result. They make us aware my property Strengths, Weaknesses, and demonstrated my properties selling Opportunities and Threats against other properties in the market.
