My wife and I have both lived in the local environs for over fifty years,the last thirty two in Strathmore. What isn't normal is listing your property with Considine Real Estate and having Chauntel Considine manage the whole campaign at a level of professionalism surely unsurpassed in this part of town. It comes down to her background, with father Pat, an experienced agent and may I say " Old Hand" and Principal of the firm laying down old fashioned values of hard work and discipline. A good recipe for success. Their team were all introduced to us down at the office and they immediately put us at ease with their combined enthusiasm and work ethic. They introduced us to a stylist who were professional and their make-over of the house with furniture addition and placement were right on the pace. We thought our house was already pretty good, but the experts made a huge difference. It showed with a huge number of visits at the 'Open House For Inspection' visits. Advertising was explained in detail as was the campaign for presenting the property. Chauntel kept informed at every step along the way way which hepled to relieve our stress levels. Auction day comes and it's showtime as they say. The team were all prepared, there was a good crowd, our family were outside and we hid inside listening to the script we have heard many times before. It might even be a little bit like the rush before the bounce in the Grand Final. If that comparison is accepted, then Chauntel won the Norm Smith medal.
