Considine's Local Knowledge is Second to None
The end result of selling a house is to get the return you hope for. The day Chauntel walked into our place, she took a stroll through it, sat down and told us what she thought she could get for it. It was 100k more than two other agents. Yeh that could have been real estate spin but we also knew that Chauntel knew the area and worked very closely with her vendors not being hindered by having way too many properties to manage. This was her area. All of Considine Real Estate worked with us and always had time to walk us through any concerns we might have had. They shared, almost daily, the responses to inspections and helped is present our house ihn the best way.. On auction day Chauntel strutted her stuff and had practically the whole team to support her auction before, during and after. Up went the sold sign and hugs all round Oh, Chauntel not only hit that 100k+ target but an extra 5k to boot. Well done and thank you all.

Fantastic result
Chauntel and the whole of the Considine Team made the sale of my Dad's home an easy process. Right from the start Chauntel stepped Dad through the process and made him feel comfortable about the Sale (Dad is 90 and has had the house for over 50 years).
