Calm approach
We gave Adam a bit of a challenge and that was to sell a property nearing completion! I was a little hesitant as I would normally finish the build and put it to the open market. Adam had a window of opportunity to bring Buyers through which he did and to Adam’s credit he handle a negation process very well and with a calm approach which is always needed when selling an asset for someone - Thankyou again Adam

Game plan and execution
Adam was a true professional when meeting and setting up our sale. He was charismatic and understanding of our situation. We were dealt a tough card with zero opportunity to open our house due to covid lockdowns. Positive and honest approach
