Adam was very friendly, polite and easy to get on with.
Adam had a wide skills of experience and knowledge of prices around the area in Mornington and he has keep consistently in touch with me even during the lockdown, as we were not able move forward due to restriction. Saying that, when some of the restriction was released/relaxed we were then able to get my Mum's unit prepared for the sale, as it was empty at the time and it has been a challenged. We were able to sell Mum's unit off the market, which has saved her money and with Adam guidance has help us acheived a very good outcome due to restriction and lockdown.

The Mornington Expert!
Adam was excellent throughout the entire process of selling our home. We felt that he was supporting us from day one to drive the best result for us. He is genuine and a real expert of the Mornington area. We engaged Adam during our renovations to our home to drive the best selling result and he achieved what he said he would. I haven't met a more honest and down to earth agent in the area. Adam would be our first choice time and time again when buying and selling a home. We can't recommend him more highly!

Can't thank Adam enough
Adam made the impossible, possible. In addition to the usual stress of trying to find a house to call our home, we had lockdown and restrictions to deal with and the ongoing thought of when this was all going to end so we could find our future home. From the moment of contacting Adam to express our interest in our new house, to negotiating and signing the dotted line, Adam was always contactable throughout the whole process, very knowledgeable of how the market was tracking in the area and holds himself in such a professional manner to deal with as an agent. We were so happy to have bought through Adam, especially during a lockdown, site unseen. Every last question and query regarding the property was answered straight away and the comfort of knowing we have a beautiful home to move into soon is the result we were after.

Efficient Agent who gets results
We have used Adam’s services now for two purchases and a sale. He has always been very easy to deal with and his transparency means there is no confusion at any stage in the process. An agent with very strong market knwoledge, able to extract good returns for vendors
I first met Adam during an OFI for another property- similar in basic attributes to my own. My intent was to gain an understanding of the market and other properties whilst my wife and I pondered the idea of selling our home. I received very good follow up from Adam, which then turned into an inspection & evaluation of our own home, with a plan & strategy for market going forward. The follow up & communication, along with straight forward approach from Adam and his team was one of the key factors in choosing them to represent us as vendors. A key lesson for other agents in my area, would be to follow up prospective buyers- as there are many who don't, speaking from experience after attending a number of OFI's with various agent groups. Fortunately, Adam and his team at Impact do not fit into that category, which provided us with confidence that they would approach the sale of our home with the same methodology; follow up and work with potential buyers to bring forward a successful sale. Whilst we didn't quite hit the sales price we dreamt of, the end result was above & beyond what we had considered achievable before we made a decision to sell.

What a team
Well done to both adam and josh on the find . As we all know finding a house in mount Martha is one of the hardest things in this current market and at a price you are willing to settle for as well. Adam and josh had some vendors that were looking for that off market sales and both the boys new what we were looking for. 100% what we wanted , didn’t miss one part . We look forward to moving into the new home , plenty of work to be done and some fun. Thanks adam and josh well done boys keep it up.
