I first met Adam during an OFI for another property- similar in basic attributes to my own. My intent was to gain an understanding of the market and other properties whilst my wife and I pondered the idea of selling our home. I received very good follow up from Adam, which then turned into an inspection & evaluation of our own home, with a plan & strategy for market going forward. The follow up & communication, along with straight forward approach from Adam and his team was one of the key factors in choosing them to represent us as vendors. A key lesson for other agents in my area, would be to follow up prospective buyers- as there are many who don't, speaking from experience after attending a number of OFI's with various agent groups. Fortunately, Adam and his team at Impact do not fit into that category, which provided us with confidence that they would approach the sale of our home with the same methodology; follow up and work with potential buyers to bring forward a successful sale. Whilst we didn't quite hit the sales price we dreamt of, the end result was above & beyond what we had considered achievable before we made a decision to sell.
