We had quite a challenging brief. As Australian nationals relocating to Melbourne from London we were looking for a house that combined space and lifestyle. We had been introduced to Adam whilst back in Australia in June. Although unsuccessful in that instance, Adam kept our details, understanding our requirements and passing across details of properties that fitted our spec. A dream property came to the market as we were returning to Australia in October. While we were in quarantine in Sydney, Adam organised for our parents to view the property. Very happy with what we could see, we then continued and concluded the negotiation process while in quarantine. Throughout a somewhat protracted financial approval process as international income details were checked, Adam consistently communicated with us and the vendors, ensuring full transparency and reassuring the elderly vendors unfamiliar with the selling process. Having finalised the finance approvals, escaped quarantine and made it down to Victoria, Adam then organised our first visit to our new home, giving us a chance to fall in love with it again, but this time not in a virtual manner! Throughout the process Adam was fantastic in demonstrating his awareness of the market and our needs, ensure transparency in our communication with the vendors and handling some challenging situations with professionalism and courtesy. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends or family.
