On Saturday we arrived back from a trip and had a letter from Adam. He was wondering if we would consider selling our property. He had a family that could be interested in buying it. We had just bought a property interstate and were planning to put our house on the market in three weeks’ time. We contacted Adam and made an appointment. He arrived following Tuesday morning, had a look around and thought it could suit his buyers. We discussed practical matters and the price. That evening the family came for an inspection and a few hours later it was sold. It took 12 hours from Adam’s visit in the morning to when we had a signed contract in the evening.
