Nick was fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our property. His market knowledge is unmatched and he goes above and beyond displayed by his willingness to organise getting our dog out the house for inspections whilst we were at work. A huge help! Nick was extremely professional. He promptly responded to my initial enquiry and met me at the property on the day I requested. He was very knowledgeable and spent as much time with me as I needed to inspect. He had pre prepared documents and I was able to complete the transaction with him immediately I decided to purchase. The follow up since including a request for further inspections with trades people has been outstanding.
