Patience is a virtue and Nigel has certainly delivered in this respect! In my search for the perfect property, Nigel has guided me over a period of nearly 12 months! A Monday morning call to check in after a weekend of inspections. A mid-week call to organise an inspection of an off-market property. Endless inspections of so many houses and so much advice about the house, the area, the market! Nigel's knowledge of the area is second to none! Northcote, Fairfield, Thornbury...he knows all the back streets!! He lives in the area. He knows the area. Nigel stepped outside the square and gave me options I wouldn't have considered, but he always kept in mind everything I had on my checklist. In the end, Nigel introduced me to the perfect house!
