Nigel was extremely professional, upfront, helpful and very personable. He guided us through the whole process outlining realistic possibilities and outcomes, which was extremely helpful when making such big 'life house' decisions. He was very straight up through the whole process which was greatly appreciated ( and not always the case in real estate). Nigel also got back to us immediately on all matters and even several times on a Sunday. Nigel also showed great, genuine skill liaising both with the vendor and ourselves and went above and beyond. It took just 7 days from instructing Sam to sell our home to having a signed sale contract ... We found Sam to be an amazing agent, we say this not because we want to blindly spruik but because we truly rate him. We come from a situation where we had engaged another firm whom were unable to sell our home. We paid for styling, we paid for extra advertising, we then discounted and discounted again. We felt trapped. We met Sam and he was a breath of fresh air. He spoke to us with honesty and confidence, he made us no extravagant promises and walked us through a clearer path.
