Would give six stars if I could!
Sam is just excellent at his craft. Selling houses is an art and he's got it well sorted. He's a wholesome person who doesn't play games and is straight up with advice and information (which can be unusual in this industry!). Just look at the results in Northcote and Thornbury in recent years - Sam and the Jellis Craig team get the best properties - because they get the best results. Highly recommended.

Very easy and nice to deal with
We bought at auction from Julian and his team and found him to be very personable and professional. Julian was very fair and easy to deal with through the process up to settlement and was open to support us all the way through when needing to deal with the vendor.

Simply Outstanding!
Nigel is a fantastic operator who is excellent to work with. Nigel is very credible. There is no game playing - he's a genuine person and a great communicator. We could not have been happier with the way Nigel managed our campaign and the outcome. There's no comparison with the opposition - Nigel and the Jellis Craig crew get the job done and always get the best outcome.

Incredibly supportive
Hi I found Nigel Harry to be great. Not only was he most able in all of the above categories but in so many other ways also. From the outset of the campaign he had a calm engaging manner which inspired confidence in me as a prospective buyer. He was open and honest about the expected price. When I was organising the deposit funds with the bank, in the event I was successful on the day, Nigel spoke with the bank manager and explained exactly how to organise for the deposit to be paid on the day of Auction. I felt this was a kind and supportive thing to do. Overall I cannot speak too highly of Nigel and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property in the future. When an agent doesn't feel like an agent!
Sam Rigopoulos is disarming. Having met him a number a years ago, he left an impression upon me as a genuine man. Years later, when we asked him to sell our home, we were not disappointed. A refreshing agent!
Paula Beavis is an extraordinary agent. Throughout our whole campaign Paula met our every need and then some. Her professionalism was exemplary and her genuine enjoyment in her job was plain to see. What was unexpected though, was her sensitivity, to me in particular. We all, at times, know selling a house can be an emotional charged event. Paula navigated this with awareness and grace. Highly Recommended!
We worked with Nigel to sell our property during the busiest time of the real estate year, and felt like he was 100% committed to us throughout the whole process. Being first time property sellers, it was important to us to be supported through the process of selling our home. From our first meeting, trust was built quickly, and Nigel was always available when we had questions, and he kept us well informed of all updates during the campaign.
