Eli conducted the whole process in an admirable manner. He was polite, punctual and communicative at all times and provided me with constant feedback. He was also very understanding of the fact that leaving a house that has been much loved, although that choice was of course voluntary, can be quite traumatic. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Anthony made this a very simply sales process, that returned the best outcome as the vendor. Anthony's understanding of the market gave me the confidence to put my total trust in Anthony's sales approach and in doing so, we received a record price for our apartment in our complex. The decision to auction the propery rather the private sales was the right decision, the campaign over a short period, generated the necessary demand to ensure the auction was highly contested and having Anthony also perform the auction on the day , ensured Anthony was well prepared and equiped to drive the right outcome on the day. I would be more than happy to recommend Anthony to family and friends. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
