We appreciated his straight forward approach, and honesty, which were essential traits when deciding who to sell with. Elijah also gave great advice to us when we were looking to buy back into the market, which i think was above and beyond his scope. Elijah was a great communicator, always making himself available to resolve even the most basic concern we had. We felt in good hands as he guided us through the marketing campaign and auction, and felt he got the best result he could for us. Elijah has a good network of buyers, and as a result was able to show our apartment to underbidders from other auctions in the local area. We found the weekly summaries that Elijah prepared for us through the marketing campaign very useful and informative. These reports ultimately helped us set our reserve price.
