Sometimes people would read a review and be a bit cynical about scoring somebody the highest marks. Well in this case it is perfectly justified. Jon is highly professional and his knowledge of our area is second to none. He is committed, dedicated and works tirelessly at getting you the best result. Jon ran an incredibly successful campaign for us which resulted in a fantastic sale at auction. Jon is also extremely personable with a great personality and you always feel you are in the best professional hands when it comes to selling your greatest asset- he takes as much stress out of this as humanly possible. Well, I guess I could just say 'you could do no better than to choose Jon Kett as your agent ' but i guess you would like to hear more ! I bought before I sold & Jon helped me through this process & even sat with me as I paid the deposit ! The advice he gave me through the selling process proved to be accurate at all times . Following an unexpected rental vacancy we decided to sell our property in Port Melbourne. After 6 years of tenancy, managing all the (largely aesthetic) repairs and sale process from interstate (NSW), seemed likely to be a bit of a nightmare. Having contacted three agents in Port Melbourne to assist with this, Jon was absolutely the obvious choice, and we're very glad and thankful for his assistance. Within a week, Jon had arranged quotes for all repairs, display furniture and conveyancing. Within a fortnight repairs and repainting were completed, furniture was in, the apartment was listed and we were ready for the first inspection. Within a month, the property had sold for much more than we had expected. We were concerned that given we were starting the process so close to Christmas, the sale may be pushed back into Jan or Feb, however thanks to Jon's efficiency, motivation and professionalism the sale was much faster and easier than we could have possibly expected. Jon managed the whole process for us, but remained very communicative throughout so we knew exactly what was going on.
