We would thoroughly recommend Tony to anyone wanting to sell their home or investment property. Tony has guided us through the process professionally and diligently. Our investment property has been sold in a short period of time with a great result. Thank you, Tony and we are looking forward to having you as our agent in the near future.

Jon was incredibly responsive and flexible, twice accommodating my requests for non-scheduled inspections. On each occasion, he allowed me sufficient time to explore the property without feeling pressured, and was able to answer all questions, while showcasing the property to maximum effect. While clearly acting for the vendor, his experience meant he could strike the right professional balance in also supporting my needs as a purchaser, ultimately leading to a successful sale.

Tony did a fantastic job. He was punctual, polite, helpful and enthusiastic. He knew the area and was accurate in his estimate of value. He arranged for the apartment to be painted and styled in no time at all and reported back following each open for inspection. The property sold in record time for a good deal more than we hoped for. We had the added bonus of a 30 day settlement. Tony worked hard to achieve an excellent result and we greatly appreciated his efforts.

Very impressed with Jon's market knowledge and professionalism right from the beginning. Excellent communication and the whole campaign was so well-organised. Jon also organised trades and staging for us and everything was on schedule. Jon is also an excellent auctioneer and we knew we were in excellent hands on the big auction day. We cannot be happier with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Jon and the team at Chisholm and Gamon.

Right from our first meeting we knew we had made the right decision. Working with Jon on the sale of our apartment was super easy and our interactions we relaxed and enjoyable as we switched easily between serious topics to entertaining banter. Jon and Mel are a great team and they both gave us lots of confidence with their professionalism, robust systems and processes as well as their vast network of service providers to help us get the apartment ready for sale. Communications were always proactive, clear and they were always very responsive to our questions and requests. We always felt heard and understood in our conversations. Jon especially gave us great guidance, realistic advice and his in depth knowledge of the market and the area enabled them to find a fabulous new owner and to achieve a great outcome for us as well. Mel was always on top of everything that needed to happen and when and it was clear what we needed to do on our side to keep things moving. We had a great experience and we would definitely recommend Jon and Mel for anyone looking to sell their property or to purchase with the help of people who truely understand their requirements. Thanks so much Jon & Mel!

By chance we attended an open for inspection by Chisholm & Gamon in Port Melbourne. We were so impressed with Jon Kett and Mel Fredricksen that we asked them to assist us with the sale of our property, without looking elsewhere. Gut instinct proved correct. He had a fantastic strategy and campaign and while auctioning he extracted every last dollar he could with a bit of humour as well. His team organised all the trades and the styling. It was a perfect campaign with great communication throughout. We sold way above our expectations. We strongly recommend Jon and his team and would be happy to talk to anyone who is thinking about engaging Jon. He’s a great real estate agent. The comfort that we felt, in the way we were being looked after, helped us through an arduous time. Jon has a genuine personality, is very friendly and this is also reflected in his team. It was a perfect campaign with great communication.

I just wanted to say that dealing with Jon was a seamless process and a pleasure. He was always punctual and would call or visit on the dot of the agreed time. Jon is not only professional but a really nice guy too and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jon was all about the 1% ers. I would constantly see the little things that he had done around my apartment to improve the aesthetics without saying anything. Consequently, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
