From the pre-sale discussions, throughout the sales campaign and the auction performance, Simon presented and maintained a most professional yet personal approach. He gave no unrealistic claims of sale targets, kept us regularly and well informed after each inspection and other times, and showed the utmost respect for my mother on whose behalf the auction was held. His auctioneering skills were of a similar nature where he truly worked in the best interests of the seller in gaining the best possible outcome. On this he exceeded expectations. Despite a challenging crowd he maintained his professionalism and was the proverbial "duck on water". A first class effort. He and his team at Greg Hocking Albert Park are highly recommended.
