William Lyall of Carter Real Estate was selected over other Local Ringwood Agents owing to his professional approach and his openness and honesty in respect to the marketing of our property. We thought we had an idea about what would work for us and through discussion and communication about the sales plan we were happy to accept and go with the recommended strategy. I found the open for inspections relatively painless and the Carter Staff were very cooperative and provided good feed back to us. They were always on time and prepared to discuss various aspects of the selling process. I have experience as a licensed auctioneer and always take an interest in the techniques used by various auctioneers. I was very impressed by William Lyall and the way he conducted our auction. Agents are engaged by vendors to get the best result possible. I have had an experience in the past 2 years where I felt another local agent was more interested in the purchaser than optimising the sales price for the vendors. Being a deceased estate realisation we had an obligation to the beneficiaries to maximise the selling price of the property. William Lyall and his team ran the auction in an exemplary way and managed to get us an excellent result.
