We recently used Joseph as our chosen agent for two family properties. My nan passed away and we had to sell her home within 6 months of using Joseph to sell an investment property for the family. At some of the most difficult times of our life, Joseph was amazing. He is not your typical schmoozy agent. Just caring, courteous and professional. He has an exceptional knowledge of the local area and whilst working for the seller, has an incredible ability to get to know the potential buyers. This made for great results, with both sales getting above our expectations and reserves. One property was a straight sale, and the 2nd went to auction. Special mention to Sam the auctioneer Joseph selected to handle the auction. He too was great. So personable and brought a touch of humour to the day, whilst keeping it professional and their eyes on our prize. Another reason to recommend Joseph as he ensures he is working with other professionals to achieve the best result for his clients. We have recommended Joseph to friends and they have all ended up engaging him and being extremely happy with the service and results. He helps to make the whole process as easy for you as possible and you can be confident he is working for you to achieve the absolute best result down to the last $. It takes a lot of the stress out of such a stressful situation. Could not recommend more highly and will continue to recommend him to friends, family and strangers who ask. Hopefully we won't be needing his service for a while now, but won't be contacting anyone except Joseph if or when needing an agent again in the future.
