Jen was extremely helpful & gave us a number of scenarios to consider for the sale. She even had us draw up additional Section 32's to cover for 2 separate Auction winners for the double block, meaning no awkward moments on Auction day. Good forward thinking from Jen & some late evening work from Jen and ourselves saved the day, as that is how it turned out. Great result Jen!
