He was very genuine compared to the other agents we were speaking to when trying to make a decision on who to use to sell our property. We were disappointed by the service we received as buyers of this property. The property was not handed over in good working order and the real estate agent did not work with us to rectify the issues as promised. Having sold my house through Jellis Craig the month before (which was a great experience) we are shocked that one company can have such a diverse range of agents representing them.
