From the moment we met them, we were at ease with their knowledge and experience in our area, as well as their extensive networks for marketing the house in surrounding / interested areas. They were available anytime we wanted to chat and answered all of our questions throughout the process (even when we were repeating questions!) They gave excellent advice about things we could do to make the home more attractive and shared all the necessary contacts (pool cleaner, house cleaner, stylist, gardener, builder etc.). Really friendly and a WORLD AWAY from many of the other agents we interviewed (who were just so slick and sales-y and gross). Just normal, friendly people we would be happy to represent us to potential buyers. The best part? The house sold at auction and my elderly father can now get on with the next chapter of his life. Would definitely recommend.
