All of my real estate dealings have been with Tim and Will Bennison, and after the weekend they will continue to be my agents. I let Will take total control of the sale of my mothers townhouse, all I did was answer questions when necessary, I left it to the professionals and they showed us they knew what they were doing, and needless to say on the day of the Auction the proof was in the pudding. We got a huge price due to Will's diligence, his people skills, updating anyone who looked at the property.
