Nathan has a thorough knowledge of the South Yarra area, clientele and purchaser expectations. This sale was planned at the height of the market with an auction date of March 21. Until a week prior, things were booming and we were set to reach the top price we were hoping for. COVID-19 changed everything literally overnight. The fact that Nathan managed to pull a pre-auction sale off in these extreme conditions and steer both the vendors and purchaser through the entire process as smoothly and as calmly as he did, is testament to his skills and to his style of operating. Whilst the final price was short of what we wanted, in the circumstance it was a marvellous outcome and a real achievement to reach settlement! Upon meeting Nathan and initial discussions with the sale, he assured us it was an easy house to sell and would go well. Before even appointing Nathan he stated he already had several people he would bring through prior to the first open. This didn’t happen. He misguided buyers in the description of the house and marketed it to the wrong people, quoted it lower than was acceptable. Nearly lost our only buyer to another auction the week before. Didn’t engage in negotiations or encourage it. On the day of the auction, he didn’t say it was now “on the market”, even though we had reached reserve. There was one buyer left standing outside after it was passed in to the highest bidder, without the opportunity to even bid. This is only a snap shot of our gripes.

Nathan was professional in every aspect of our sales campaign . His communication was second to none , as he updated us several times a week with relevant feedback & forward planning . He was genuine in his approach & we felt very confident in his ability to attain the best outcome for the sale of our home . This he achieved. He also followed up post sale , which I don't believe many agents would even consider ! We were very happy with our choice of Nathan
