I would not hesitate to recommend Simon Dale or use his services again. From out initial meeting he had out best interests at heart and was always on the front foot with feedback and communication through the lead up to ,and throughout the entirety of the campaign. We have 3 children under 6 so a 4 week open for inspection campaign is not easy but Simon was extremely accomodating, fitting in around our lives, meetings after hours and delivering documents personally to ensure everything went according to plan. His professionalism, enthusiasm and rapport with both us and potential buyers made us feel very at ease at what can be a very stressful time. Thanks you Simon for a great campaign and outcome.

Although Lachie came highly recommended, he has gone on to exceed even our most optimistic expectations on every count. He has now auctioned three Melbourne apartments for us, and each time we have been extremely impressed by the excellent service he's provided, the faultless efficiency of his office, and his terrific skills as an auctioneer which have yielded great results each time. Added to this, he's been a complete pleasure to deal with at every stage. Quite simply, we couldn't be happier. I never thought I'd find myself writing this about an estate agent, but I cannot recommend him too highly - five stars.
