We had no hesitation in appointing Lachie as Agent for the sale of the above property due to the success he achieved in selling our property in South Yarra some 18 years ago. Lachie advised on the presentation of the property prior to it being marketed and during the campaign. This proved to be most valuable as was the difference between a price we were expecting and its ultimate sale price, which was some 20% higher. During the campaign Lachie was in constant contact, advising on the results of each of the inspections, identifying potential buyers and providing data from the Internet hits and interpreting it for us. Lachie was in continual discussion with potential buyers assessing their level of interest in the property. Regardless of the result, the effort that Lachie put into selling the property was more than we were expecting and this was communicated to him before the auction. In summary Lachie was exceptional in the time spent on marketing and communication with us leading up to the auction, which gave us great confidence that he would achieve a successful result. Obviously we would have no hesitation in appointing Lachie in the future or in recommending him to sell a property to friends or others.
