Sale of property - Auction Malvern
We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew, Carla and Jessica in the lead up to and subsequent sale of our house in Malvern. The team, led by Andrew, were at all times very easy to deal with and provided regular open, honest and informative feedback throughout the whole process. Their personal contacts and database was wide ranging and enabled them to attract several bidders on auction day, this led to a great result and our property was sold under the hammer. We highly recommend Andrew and would happily seek his assistance in any future sales.

Not 100% on the ball
I recently represented a client from Singapore to buy 15 Chomley Street Prahran and had dealings with Carla Fetta. Carla was extremely hard to get a hold of and did not attend the one open house inspection I had at the property despite her knowledge that we were eager buyers. On the day of the Auction we were late and nearly missed out buying, but Carla despite knowing that we were keenly interested did not call me or my Melbourne associate, which I was amazed with. The contract signing process was rather rushed, but at the end of the day we secured the property and were happy with the result. Compared to other agents in the same core business area as Carla we were impressed with her knowledge and calm straight forward and honest approach compared to some of the other 'wanky' agents we had to deal with who were rather deceptive with guides and interest in the property. Fantastic result to end a well managed campaign.
Carla did a remarkable job navigating the way through the high number of parties that inspected our property. As a result we saw at least 6 bidders put up their hand on auction day, ultimately achieving for us, a record breaking price! Carla is a natural communicator who was consistent and level headed throughout the campaign, particularly on the intense auction day. We can't thank her enough for her high level of commitment, wonderfully coupled with a friendly and relaxed demeanor.
