I had a fantastic experience with Talia. From the first phone call, she has conducted herself in an exemplary manner. I was kept in the loop during the campaign with detailed descriptions of potential buyers and feedback on my property both positive and negative. I felt Talia was transparent with information but also gave me the space to make my own decisions based upon her insights. She was very helpful with design ideas, organising people to undertake preparatory work on the house and tips on making the open inspections as fruitful as possible. The mid campaign and pre-auction consultations were very helpful for me, they put my mind at ease and gave me succinct and thorough information to manage my expectations for the auction day. I was extremely impressed that 70 plus potential buyers visited the property, 15 contracts were sent out and on the day there were at least 4 interested parties that turned up to bid. Whilst the property was passed in, it sold straight after during the negotiation process. This process was handled professionally with again transparency on what was happening and of course resulting in my desired outcome of a sale. If I had another property to sell, I would definitely come back to Talia.

We were told, and quite rightly, if we want the best team to sell our house we want Lachie Fraser-Smith and Jessica Beckham from Jellis Craig. The recommendation was spot on. From start to sale they were the consummate professionals, each element of the campaign was handled meticulocusley and our nerves were out to ease with their knowledge of the market, area and their exceptional client service skills. Auction day their skills were a sight to behold. An outstanding Auctioneer Lachie nearly had us bidding on our own house and Jessica has immeasurable skill in one to one client service - a standout. Post auction we had many compliments from neighbours, family and friends on their skill and effectiveness. We met Ms.Jessica Beckham at an evening house exhibition. We liked the property and gave an offer immediately. Despite it was a late night, she followed us up a couple of times and the owner of the house. We made an official offer on the following morning at 8:30 and it was immediately accepted by the owner. To find out a genuinely hard working and ethically right agent is not an easy thing in this sellers' market. Usually, we, buyers, have to chase the agents around with no reply given. Ironically it has to be mentioned, while I was writing a contract, one agent from other real estate, whom I chased around the night before, gave me a ring asking if I would make an offer for that property. Yes, all the family was interested in buying that property with full price if we could reach him. I declined his invitation of offer. It was too late. Again, unlike some other agent, who would wait for the "best offer" to come, Ms Jessica was approachable, informative, professional, and over all hard working which made a genuine home buyer like us to feel comfortable and confident with the process of purchasing. We would recommend this upcoming agent Ms.Jessica to any of my friends and people we could come across. Her supervisor, Mr.Lachie Fraser-Smith must be teaching right things to his team. If we sell our property in the future, we would choose Ms. Jessica as our first choice. We know how she would work for the seller and anxious buyer wholeheartedly.
