I was impressed by yr chat with us on the Thursday afternoon prior to the auction. I was disappointed with the auction and the price we got but talking to my brother and looking at results of auctions in similar suburbs to ours I think we did fine. Its hard selling the family home and thinking my dads beautiful garden shall be bulldozed. Whwat bugged me on the day was people would enter property without a side long glance at the garden or even the rooms inside.they would exit back door looking for large trees. We had worked so hard to present the property. Thats not yr fault. As many are looking for a home it seems wrong that buyers are free to demolish a family home and ruin a street scape. Thanks Toby.
