Throughout the entire process of selling our house- Maurice Di Marzio displayed knowledge, integrity and honesty. He was highly professional, very friendly, and an excellent communicator all combined with a calm nature and down to earth manner. From the beginning we made it clear that we wanted an uncomplicated and fast sale. Maurice made the process simple, he followed our wishes and the house was sold promptly. He was proactive, kept us well informed and always responded to our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend Maurice to anyone looking at selling their property. For us his positive approach, genuine interest and calmness stood out. His knowledge of the area and his persistence helped him achieve our excellent result.

Maurice went above and beyond
Maurice and Steve went above and beyond with the sale of our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them them throughout the campaign, they kept us highly informed, and were available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. A wonderful agent who works hard to ensure customer satisfaction
James recently helped us to sell our old place in Balwyn. We were worried about selling, especially with the market being the way it is at present, but James made the process simple, easy going and even rewarding for us. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the market, his down-to-earth personality and the way he genuinely cares about his clients and their wishes. James’ consistent crucial updates meant we were always in the loop about the status of the sale as well as the market, which was a big relief for us. Furthermore, whenever James told us he would call us, he always did so on time - this is a rarity these days! If you’re going to go with an agent, I say go with James - you won’t regret your decision!

The best experience with an agent that went above and beyond!
