Phillipa welcomed me and my daughters into an open home at Landsborough Ave . She was pleasant introduced herself and had a very calm aura about her. She let me look around and offered to answer any of my questions that arose. I never felt pressured and was relaxed in this huge decision. Phillipa was having an open home the next day which I also attended. But I had the times mixed up she offered to show me through even though I was late . No problem for her to do this. Open home the next day went through another walk through (at the correct time) and decided this could be my next new venture. Phillipa answered questions about the contract, deposit Rates, settlement and other queries. That afternoon she had a contract to me and offered to help with any issues . This took from start to finish 6 days and I was lucky enough to win the contract. Phillipa has made extra time for me to make sure that this is the home for me.
