Phillipa presents herself in a professional manner and was appropiately dressed. Rating is a 10 out of 10. Phillipa was more than willing to pick me up & take me to view properties. Phillipa is a person who is very knowledgeable & detail orientated. Phillipa was able to answer my questions without hesitation. Phillipa's office is very well located on Hobart Road close to Commenweath Bank & ANZ bank, also Meadow Mews, and plenty of parking at the rear entrace of the Real Estate office. Once my offer had been accepted Phillipa notified me and made herself available to accommodate the time I could come to her office to sign all documents & advised on who I would be notified by to make my deposit. I have not lived in Tassie for over 52 years, and it was a pleasure to meet Phillipa, and conduct the purchase of my new home.
