Jennifer looked after the sale of our property from the preparation of the house and garden to the sale itself. We were not able to be there to give our the property the care it needed (largely due to COVID restrictions) but Jennifer oversaw the updating that was needed after 11 years of being tenanted. After having the house painted, the floors sanded and the gardening, it was styled and put on the market. Despite the issues with COVID which meant very tight viewing opportunities, the house sold well. Jennifer communicated on a regular basis with us which meant that even though we couldn't be there, we were kept up to date with all developments. She is professional in every sense of the word but that professionalism is matched by warmth and care for both her vendors and buyers I believe.

Certainly a stressful time for me with life’s twists in selling and buying a downsized property to suit myself after placing my dear wife into a nursing home.
