Her experience and knowledge of the market was invaluable ( during this time of Covid - 19 )and her professional, polite, easy manner was exemplary. Jen explained the current market in detail to us so we were well informed as to what we could expect from the sale. Jen had a list of trades who have worked with her for years, reliable and very reasonably priced to assist us in getting the house ready for sale as well as giving us suggestions on how we might improve the presentation of the house prior to putting it on the market after it had been rented for many years. To be honest, when we saw the end result of how the house was to be presented for sale , we were speechless and had second thoughts of selling. 'Our house had become a home'. During the sale campaign, Jen worked extremely hard and nothing we asked of her was too much trouble and if she did not have the answer for us that day , she did the next. Signing Jennifer Aaron to sell my house was an excellent decision. Jennifer was in touch in the lead up to the sales campaign, and provided invaluable advice on buyer priorities for preparing my home for sale; and she has an excellent team to take photos, draw up floor plans and help us move to make it all go smoothly. The sales campaign itself was very well managed. Jennifer gave us a schedule, followed up open houses with email and verbal reports, and when it came to selling, we did so two weeks prior to auction for price we were happy with. I will use Jennifer next time I sell and also next time I'm looking to buy Ill engage her to negotiate a price. Jennifer is an excellent, ethical agent that I cant recommend enough.
