About us

I have been working successfully as a local real estate agent since 2008. I believe that it is my ability to listen and understand my clients needs that allows me to continuously achieve their goals and expectations. My personable and professional character allows me to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why most of my business over the last 12-24 months has come from referrals and repeat clients. Local to the area for almost 30 years, I am a respected member of the local community. I feel that my real estate knowledge within the Jervis Bay region is extensive and enables me to look after all of my clients real estate needs. Very Happy Purchasers

We had a protracted settlement following exchange of Contracts due to the Vendors' subdivision application with Council. During this period (over 8 months) Scott was always available, approachable and extremely helpful. He liaised with the Vendors on our behalf on several occasions, arranged for us to meet with the Vendors personally (and later to view the property again prior to settlement) and even organised rental appraisals for our mortgagee. Scott has an extensive knowledge of the local area which is a huge benefit to prospective purchasers. We love our little house in the heart of Husky. Thank you Scott for everything!

Investment woes

I was having difficulties with estate agents not caring for my properties and interests properly. Then I found Scott Morton of Jervis Bay Properties.
