He has an easy-going style and when we bought a property from him 4 years ago we never felt pressured. (that would have made us back off right away). When we wanted to sell another property more recently we had no hesitation in contacting Scott again to be our agent. He was able to negotiate a good price and the sale has just gone through. He provided us with a realistic market appraisal and mapped out the sale strategy to achieve this within the tight timeframe we had set him. Negotiations were swift however there was never pressure from Scott to settle unless we were comfortable with the result.
