Carlie had exceptional knowledge of the market in the Forster area . I can best describe Carlie as a " can do " girl !! Everything through the process she helped with . That being assisting in providing us with access to the property on numerous occasions at short notice , assisting us in finding cleaners for our other property in Forster and contacting them first hand , assisting us finding conveyancing , assisting us finding storage with our boat , working with us outside of work hours and when it would appear we would have to pull out of the purchase due to personal reasons , coming up with a solution of renting for a to allow us to continue with the purchase of our dream home . We would most certainly recommend Carlie to other prospective buyers or sellers . When we look at selling our other property , we most certainly be contacting Carlie .
