I was the purchaser's representative of the property located at 2/27 Margina Close, Tuncurry. On a positive note I found Carlie personable and responsive to my requests for information. I was however concerned about missing information on the property which was critical to our purchase decision. This included a lack of detail around property inclusions (eventually clarified), delay in providing an Occupation Certificate, and most critically the absence of the Strata Plan registration. This raises the question about whether these matters should have been finalised before the property was put onto the market for sale. The delay in registering the Strata Plan has delayed settlement of the property, though the vendor has agreed to occupation under a License Agreement pending the Strata Plan being registered.
