Purchased a new property with Carlie and she was so helpful and assisted us to have a few inspections. She was patient and understanding while we made the decision to purchase. After that she went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed. Nothing was an issue and we really appreciated her assistance with everything. So helpful a great Agent to work with. Thanks Carlie xx

Carlie has been a delight to deal with, very enthusiastic and a great communicator. Our house sold before it even hit the market thanks to the proactive approach from both Carlie & Karen. We are very happy that we chose JKL.

We recently sold a property with Carlie in a tumultuous 2020 environment. JKL stepped up to the mark early in the piece and adapted their marketing and open house strategies to meet Government guidelines. Carlie's clear and very regular communication was a stand out compared to other real estate agents we have dealt with and we particularly liked that Carlie would give verbal and written information on every lead giving us confidence that every enquiry was managed through to its end. As a result of Carlie's hard work and dedication to her industry, we got the sale, and even though it is a little less than our asking price, we are pleased with the result in what has been a most unusual year.

Carlie was great from the start. Explained every I needed to know about selling my property and help regular vendor meeting with me weekly. We achieved the full price on my property sale & I loved the way Carlie worked during the hole process. Highly recommended agent in this area!

This was the easiest property I have ever purchased. I contacted Alex via realestate.com on the Tuesday, he had 3 properties that matched my criteria ready for inspection on Thursday, I made an offer on Friday it was agreed by Saturday. At all times, Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone interested in buying
