Carlie would express her assessments in detail and give me recommendations based on her experience, no stone was left upturned, all aspects of the sale, including the marketing campaign went smooth and presented very well. She established sound relations with the Tenants whom occupied the property during the sale and there were no issues, she orchestrated meeting and walk through without conflict, it was smooth and maintained this through out. Very pleased, who would of thought selling a home would be fun.

My wife and I recently relocated from Brisbane to the beach side twin towns of Forster-Tuncurry NSW. We were looking to purchase a home and had a number of criteria and a budget to work within. After making email contact with several local agents we received a call from Alex offering to show us around the area and show us a few properties that might meet our requirements. We spent several hours with Alex and learned a lot about the local market, pros and cons of various locations and other aspects of local knowledge we found very useful. At our request Alex arranged private inspections for several properties, including the one we eventually purchased. We found Alex to be very knowledgeable about the properties he was presenting, but also, when he didn't know the answer, or wasn't 100% sure, he said so and followed it up. Alex made the process of finding, negotiating and buying the property as stressless as it can be. He has a calm and friendly manner and doesn't resort to any high pressure sales tactics. Alex did a great job of matching us up with a property that best suited our requirements and budget.
