Nice guy, knew his market and was easy to deal with.
Seemed to have a good grasp of the market place in Forster, certainly knew of most of the addresses we mentioned and their current value. Had no trouble contacting him at any time and he had no trouble relaying information between ourselves and the respective vendors.

From our first contact with Mr Alex Jacobs he was incredibly professional, friendly and kept us informed and educated every step of the way. He was not an over talker gas bagging away as some real estate agents are. He was a very good listener which we greatly appreciated. He also has a great sense of humour. The Only One!!!
One of the best feature when working with Alex, is his ears... he listens, then he acts. He was the only consultant in the area that listen to what I was after and then showed me what was available and from that point forward contacted me when something that would suit my requirements become available. The other agents kept trying to sell me something that I was not interested in, which just become annoying. He is a great guy, easy to talk to, really knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to contact Alex for our next property and I will highly recommend him. Thank you.
