CARLIE BASHAM is a very active sales agent and from her initial inspection of our property she zoned in on the important sales features and advantages of the property. Carlie reported to us regularly when a possible purchaser showed some positive interest. We had a price in mind and it was achieved in spite of the sale price being only $9000 below the advertised price. Congratulations to Carlie, Tony and particularly Karen at JKL
