I found Alex extremely genuine and a pleasure to work with. He seemed to have our interests in mind at all times, while also considering needs and preferences of the potential home buyers. Alex seems to have a very good understanding of not only the real estate market but those who are in the process of buying and selling homes. This combination of skills made Alex very easy to deal with and made the process of selling out home relatively stress-free. I felt that Alex appreciated the fact that we were selling a house that had been our family home for many years and respected that emotional attachment we had, while also being able to be pragmatic and realistic about how best to sell the house to the people best matched to the property. Many thanks Alex and JKL. We appreciate your personal professionalism.

Carlie made travelling from Sydney To Forster Every weekend to view properties, that much easier and her knowledge of properties in the area was invaluable to me....She was always available when I contacted her to view a property, even on very short notice, and nothing was a problem for her.. When it came to buying my home..she helped me every step of the way right up until the day of exchange.. I can't thank her enough for all her support..

We thoroughly recommend Carlie Basham as agent. She is professional, friendly and genuine. As we were moving from Sydney, we often asked for out of hours assistance and Carlie was very accommodating of our requests. We appreciate Carlie's support and are delighted with our property purchase. Thanks Carlie!

In our property purchase Bern and Chris found Carlie to be most helpful. She quickly assessed our needs and presented a most appropriate property - we love it. At all times throughout the purchase process Carlie and JKL assisted where ever possible . Given our distance from the area it was good to have some one so responsive to handle our local needs. We would certainly recommend JKL and Carlie to any prospective buyer.
