We had a really great experience with Luke. He made the whole process easy and hassle-free, and our home sold quickly. Luke was genuine, honest and communicative from the beginning, always helpful without ever being pushy. We felt comfortable dealing with him every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

I was initially quite apprehensive about selling my home in the current market, Luke was patient, very knowledgeable and provided great advice. He supported me to have a go. Luke and the team at JL Property provided an outstanding level of professionalism and support, achieving a very quick sale of my property before it even went to market! Luke’s communication, promptness, understanding and commitment went above and beyond my expectations. Luke’s dedication was particularly impressive — he even continued negotiating the sale while in the ED undergoing medical tests! I cannot thank Luke and the JL Property team enough for their patience, guidance and unwavering commitment throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. I would highly recommend JL Property and particularly Luke to anyone considering selling their property! Thank you for such an exceptional experience and an amazing result!

Luke really does know his area and his market. We needed to sells mum villa, Luke did the appraisal late Saturday afternoon, had a potential buyer through on Tuesday morning, gave them the price range and they offered $5K over the top . We didn't have to go through advertising or staging and open houses, that's because he knows his stuff. Everything has gone so smoothly and its been an absolute pleasure working him. I dont think you can go wrong if Luke is working for you. Thank you
